Utopia Enterprises of Hartford, LLC was started in 1998 by Barbara L. and Bob Liebig, Sr. Our precast concrete business is located in South Hartford, Washington County, New York, selling to both contractors and the general public. We offer a large variety of precast items, our specialty being products for septic systems. Our best selling items are 1000 gallon septic tanks, 6 hole D-boxes (distribution boxes), dry wells, and catch basins. We also carry smaller precast items such as patio blocks, steps, chimney caps, and benches, as well as other materials to help our customers complete their projects, and we are an authorized distributor of Norweco waste water treatment systems. Please see our list for more products. Each year we add new items - in 2017 we built a form to produce sediment traps for highway use.
